Tennis anyone? One ticket, two tournaments.
Attending two, big-time, professional sporting events for the price of one could certainly add a little extra excitement to an upcoming Florida golf vacation, and it may be a good reason to plan one if you haven’t already.
Golf and Tennis go together like ham and eggs (or peas and carrots for our vegetarian friends), and for the next four days only (until March 11), you can purchase a single, $65 ticket that will grant you access to one of each sport’s highest profile tournaments.
The ticket will serve as a grounds pass to the CA Championship, held at Doral Golf Resort & Spa from March 22-25, and a day or night session ticket to the Sony Ericsson Open, held at the nearby Tennis Center at Crandon Park. Admission to the golf tournament includes the weekend rounds, while the valid tennis dates are the weekdays of March 26-28.
For those who don’t know, the CA Championship is one of four events that comprise the World Golf Championships, which typically feature the world’s best players. Tiger Woods is the event’s two-time defending champion. The Sony Ericsson Open, with its own two-time defending champion Roger Federer, is one of the biggest tournaments outside of tennis’ four Grand Slams.
Tickets can be purchased by calling 305-442-3367 and more information can be found at the websites of the Sony Ericsson Open and the World Golf Championships.
