Nestled within a den of rich earthen colors, high-vaulted ceilings and panoramic views, T. Cook’s in Phoenix offers unrivaled ambiance for dining out on your next Arizona golf vacation.
Located at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa, T. Cook’s exudes romance, making it one of those perfect restaurants for a special evening. With its wonderful piano bar, various alfresco dining areas, and airy indoor space with floor-to-ceiling windows, its atmosphere is both intimate and lively.
The menu showcases rustic Mediterranean cuisine, with a nod to Spanish and Tuscan influences. Most entrees cost between $20 and $35.
On a recent Arizona golf vacation, one editor of Golf Odyssey was also delighted by Cowboy Ciao in the heart of downtown Scottsdale’s hip and happening arts/dining/shopping district. With 2,400 wine selections from 40 countries, Cowboy Ciao is home to perhaps the nation’s most eclectic wine list.
Highly recommended from the dinner menu are the Stetson Chopped Salad (smoked salmon, arugula, bruschetta tomatoes, sweet dried corn, pearl couscous, and Ciao trail mix tossed at the table with pesto buttermilk dressing). Also particularly mouth-watering are the stuffed pork chop and the signature Osso Buco Burger.
