A break from golf can be spent on beautiful beaches.

One of the joys of a Bandon Dunes golf vacation is that you can experience total golf immersion. Unlike other resorts, Bandon offers little else in terms of on-site activities, but with its three utterly spectacular golf courses, it rarely has to apologize for it.
In fact, most golfers fill their days with 36 (or more) holes, taking full advantage of the resorts generous replay rate (half price for resort guests). However, for those who prefer to play a single round per day and mix in more variety on their Bandon Dunes golf vacation, the resorts concierge can arrange plenty of other diversions.
On site, the best (and only) bets are getting a soothing massage or hiking the 10-mile trail system that winds through the golf courses, providing stunning views of the holes, beach and ocean. Off campus, theres world-class salmon and trout fishing on the nearby Sixes and Elk rivers, ultra-romantic horseback riding down the endless rocky beaches, windsurfing and sea kayaking. Those seeking land-based action on their Bandon Dunes golf vacation can visit the Mill Casino, located about 20 minutes away in the town of Coos Bay.
