While no one would take a Bandon Dunes golf vacation just for its epicurean offerings, Bandon Dunes has dining options to suit almost any taste and budget. Unlike some remote golf destination locations, however, this resort has a reasonable restaurant pricing policy.
If you're like most players on a Bandon Dunes golf vacation, you'll fortify yourself for a full day on the links with the First Tee Buffet at the Gallery Restaurant in the Lodge at Bandon Dunes, the best place to eat at the resort.
After walking 36 holes (or more) during the day on your Bandon Dunes golf vacation, you will be actually be delighted to return to the Gallery for your evening repast.
That's because dinner at the Gallery Restaurant features fresh Pacific Northwest seafood, prime aged beef and fine Oregon wines. The crispy Coos Bay oysters are a delicious appetizer not to be missed. The flash fried calamari and the duck and ginger pot stickers, are also excellent.
Of course, there's always Grandma's meatloaf, which is less fancy than the other selections, but just as tasty and way more comforting. (By the way, ordering house specialties like this is rule of thumb we generally follow and we are rarely disappointed.)
