Between Destination Kohler’s American Club, its four golf courses, its Woodlake shopping center and fitness complex, there are ten different dining venues to choose from, but the best one you’ll experience on your American Club Kohler golf vacation is the Immigrant Dining Room & Winery Bar.
The resort’s flagship restaurant is located downstairs from the lobby of the American Club, and its Winery Bar is the perfect spot for a pre-dinner drink or to sample its selection of more than 40 Wisconsin cheeses.
The dining area is actually comprised of six elegant rooms, each paying tribute—through artwork and décor—to a different
immigrant culture: Dutch, French, English,
German and Danish.
The cuisine is best described as classic with European influences, and is complemented by a carefully crafted wine list and highly professional, tuxedoed staff.
Your meal starts with caviar, progresses through first, mid and entrée courses, and then culminates with a cheese course and a selection of simple, but decadent desserts.
