Great golf courses aren’t defined by their clubhouse pubs and restaurants, but great overall golf experiences certainly are. Unfortunately, too many outstanding courses serve mediocre fare in mundane environments. Talk about a post-round letdown.

Some people say this is the best dining experience—clubhouse or otherwise—on an American Club Kohler golf vacation.

From the potato leek soup to the beer-battered fish-and-chips, to the seared duck and roasted quail, the menu is so authentically prepared, you’ll think you’ve died and gone to Dublin.
