With mid-week, single-occupancy rooms costing more than $250 per night at the American Club, value-conscious visitors may think an American Club Kohler Golf Vacation is beyond their budget. Not so.
For about $100 less per night, you can still stay in the charming village of Kohler at the affiliated Inn on Woodlake, a 121-room lakeside hotel just down the street from the American Club.
Resembling the higher end of budget hotels, such as Hampton Inns or Radissons (which, by the way, require a 10-15-minute drive to the city of Sheboygan), the Inn on Woodlake doesn’t approach the grandeur of the American Club, but it’s clean, comfortable, efficient and sports its own putting green overlooking the lake.
Plus, guests of Woodlake receive access to Sports Core, Kohler’s private fitness and sports complex, and a complimentary continental breakfast. So, you won’t start any action-packed day of your American Club Kohler golf vacation without at least a croissant in your system.
