Greg, see this post:

http://www.golfvacationinsider.com/cr/weak-economy-making-top-golf-resorts-accessible-discount-golf-vacations-plentiful-1386

"Resorts like these are still only providing advance booking capability to their guests and giving daily-fee players the tee-time leftovers, but, simply put, there’s a lot more left over now."

I am planning to be in Monterey from April 22-24, 2010 staying at the Hyatt Resort. I was hoping to play Pebble Beach Golf Links while I'm in the area. I'm happy to play as a single but what are my chances of getting on?? Should I plan ahead or just show up and take my chances?? Any advice would be helpful.
